Van Durga Villas & Suites, Katra

I stayed here mid-Oct in 2011 for a 2 day trip, and I chose this one purely basis trip advisor reviews. It was worth it. It is a few kms from the main town, but the resort was always ready to ferry us to and fro whenever we needed. It’s a small place, gets very quiet in the evenings – which is such a nice break for city dwellers. Excellent food, very nice service and very responsive front desk. Would recommend it to everyone who is looking for a quiet and cute place to rest and not the typical hotel…and there is a lovely rabbit to play with.

the only thing which I thought could have been better – the wooden cupboard was slightly non-functional, maybe because of the swollen wood, and that the bathroom floor would get wet very soon (Room #8)..
